The swan stared back expectantly.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou\u2026 are\u2026 a\u2026 <em>swan!\u201d<\/em> she cried incredulously.<\/p>\n<p>The swan made the obscene gesture again, this time with considerably more enthusiasm. She could have sworn it was smiling.<\/p>\n<p>Leda stared at the gesticulating swan with eyes wide. Her thoughts then turned to the men back in Sparta.<\/p>\n<p>She sighed loudly.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOh\u2026 <em>hell<\/em>, why not,\u201d she said as she threw her hands in the air. \u201cI\u2019ll try anything once.
